Had an infrared coagulation treatment for 2 greade two hemmies, three days ago. Still bleeding a very small bit, just once a day. Figure its normal, but should go away soon.Anyways taking Vitamin B complex, C E and a multi vitamin and Metamucil fiber pills, and drinking lots of water.

Is there anything else I should be taking or doing to make sure my hemmies dont recurr this time? Im doing the sitz baths and ice packs too.
